אזורי משלוח
אנו מבצעים משלוחים בתוך ישראל בלבד.
בשלב זה אין משלוחים בינלאומיים.
שיטות משלוח
כל ההזמנות נשלחות באמצעות חברת בר גרופ (Bar Group).
לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה והעברתה לחברת השילוח, הטיפול במסירה, בתיאום, במעקב ובפניות הקשורות למשלוח מתבצע באמצעות חברת השילוח.
📍 משלוח לנקודת איסוף

עלות: ₪15
- לאחר שההזמנה נארזת ונמסרת לחברת השילוח, הלקוח יקבל הודעת SMS עם קישור למערכת הבחירה.
- באמצעות הקישור, הלקוח יוכל לבחור את נקודת האיסוף הקרובה ביותר לכתובתו מתוך האפשרויות הזמינות.
- בקנייה של שני מארזים או יותר – משלוח לנקודת איסוף ללא עלות.
- לאחר הגעת החבילה לנקודת האיסוף, ניתן לאסוף אותה בהתאם לזמן האיסוף הסטנדרטי שנקבע על ידי חברת השילוח.
אחריות הלקוח לאיסוף החבילה בזמן. חבילה שלא תיאסף ותחזור לשולח עשויה להיות כפופה לדמי משלוח נוספים לצורך שליחה חוזרת.
🚪 משלוח עד הבית

עלות: ₪25
- המשלוח מתבצע לכתובת שהוזנה בעת ההזמנה.
- לאחר יציאת המשלוח, הלקוח יקבל עדכוני סטטוס והודעות תיאום מחברת השילוח.
זמני משלוח
זמני המשלוח משתנים בהתאם לאזור, לזמינות ולחברת השילוח.
זמני המשלוח הינם משוערים בלבד ואינם מובטחים.
במקרה של עיכוב, שינוי או כשל במסירה – הטיפול יתבצע באמצעות מערך השירות של חברת השילוח.
כתובת ופרטי קשר
יש לוודא כי הכתובת ופרטי הקשר שהוזנו בהזמנה מלאים, מדויקים ונכונים.
במקרה של כתובת שגויה, פרטים חסרים, חוסר זמינות הלקוח או כשל במסירה – ייתכן וייגבו דמי משלוח נוספים עבור שליחה חוזרת.
שירות לקוחות ומעקב
לאחר מסירת החבילה לחברת השילוח, המעקב, התיאום והעדכונים מתבצעים באמצעות חברת השילוח.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within Israel only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via Bar Group.
Once the order is packed and handed over to the shipping provider, delivery coordination, tracking, and shipping-related inquiries are handled by the shipping provider.
📍 Pickup Point Delivery

Cost: ₪15
- After the order is fulfilled and transferred to the shipping provider, customers will receive an SMS notification with a link to the selection system.
- Through this system, customers can choose the pickup point closest to their address from the available options.

Free pickup point delivery is offered on orders of two packs or more.
- Once the package arrives at the selected pickup point, it can be collected within the standard pickup timeframe determined by the shipping provider.
Customers are responsible for collecting the package on time. Uncollected packages that are returned to the sender may be subject to additional reshipping fees.
🚪 Door-to-Door Delivery

- Delivered to the address entered at checkout.
- Customers will receive delivery status updates and coordination messages after dispatch.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location, availability, and shipping provider.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
In the event of delays, changes, or delivery issues, handling is managed through the shipping provider’s service system.
Address & Contact Details
Please ensure that your address and contact details are complete and accurate.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details, customer unavailability, or other issues, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
Tracking & Support
After the order is handed over to the shipping provider, delivery coordination, tracking updates, and notifications are managed by the shipping provider.
